You’ll Always Know the Cost of Service Before We Begin
While we all wish it were easier, predicting the occurrence of a clogged drain issue can often be challenging. This uncertainty can leave many of us feeling anxious and concerned about potential financial implications. At day2day, we believe in transparency, which is why we always offer upfront, honest pricing in writing. You can rest assured that you will know the exact cost before we start any work.
Recognizing that no two situations are alike, it's essential for us to visit your property to evaluate the circumstances. This allows our skilled technicians to precisely identify what needs to be done and uncover opportunities for cost savings along the way.

How are your prices determined?
Through our years of experience and completing jobs, we’ve been able to measure the average time it takes to complete a variety of services, the cost of the materials and equipment needed, and the cost of running a successful business that produces quality work we can stand behind. We’ve compiled all of this information into a guide that we use to provide each of our customers with completely transparent pricing.
To arrive at the final price you’re quoted, we will first have a technician arrive at your property and determine the various tasks that need to be completed. We will then calculate the total of all tasks and present the price to you. We do it this way so we can identify any services you don’t need and help save you money whenever possible.
Why don’t you charge by the hour?
While many other companies may charge based on hourly rates, we don’t operate that way. We believe that charging by the hour is unfair to property owners who have zero control over the speed in which the technician works, whether the technician has to leave to get another part, or whether the job takes longer than expected. It also means you don’t receive the total price until after the work is done. At Day2Day, we don’t want our customers to have to wait to know how much the job will cost.
Why is your pricing different than
 other companies in the area?
There are many different variables that contribute to a company’s pricing. Many companies, especially plumbing companies, are started by plumbers early in their career who are just learning the ins and outs of running a successful business. These companies tend to not last long.
The difference with companies that are established is that they are typically run by experienced technicians who know what it takes to provide high quality services and manage a business at the same time.
At Day2Day, we base our prices on how much it costs to keep our business running while also providing affordable services. We’ve calculated our prices based on what would keep us afloat for years to come while still providing services that customers in our community can afford.

Can I receive a price over the phone?
At Day2Day Drain Cleaning Service, our knowledgeable and approachable office personnel may not be seasoned drain cleaning professionals. Consequently, they are not equipped to accurately assess the specific work required. To avoid providing a quote only to adjust the price later based on the extent of the needed work, we offer our customers estimates exclusively in person by a qualified technician from Day2Day, following our evaluation of the situation.
Can you estimate how much my service will cost?
While other companies may offer estimates, our experience has found that this is often detrimental. Many times, the estimates are lower and there’s nothing worse than having to go back and ask for more money.
Additionally, because each situation is unique, we cannot accurately determine what needs to be done until we arrive at your property and perform a thorough inspection.
Are there additional fees for service afterhours?
Yes. In order to accommodate paying our technicians overtime, we charge more for service on Saturdays, Sundays, and afterhours.
Do you charge dispatch fees?
Yes. This is to help ensure that we’re able to keep our trucks running and fully stocked. The price is included in the total price that you’re quoted after we’ve performed a through inspection and determined what work needs to be done.
